gingerbread cake

30 dkg powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 gingerbread baking-powder
2 teaspoons of baking-powder
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of apricot jam
½ liter warmish milk
2 dl oil
2 tablespoons of milled walnut

mix the ingredients and pour into a greased, floury baking pan.
- baking temperature: 180°C
after it is ready, spread melted chockolate over the entire surface.
