sweet corn - spinach "burgers"
mix in a bowl:
1 small red onion (chopped)
1 clove of garlic (mashed)
2 eggs
2 cooked potatoes (mashed)
10 dkg (0,27pound) edam cheese
spinach (i had a 450g/1,21pound package of frozen spinach)
salt, pepper and curry
oil
if ready, add:
3 spoons of smooth fluor
1 can of sweetcorn
- mix
- add the paste to the hot oil (add with a spoon. mash them a little to get the pancake look.)
